In April 2020 Versatec has been contracted by Lagerwey Wind in Barneveld for the development of the following documents required for the new 140 MT Lagerwey Climbing Crane (LCC 140):

• Factory Assembly Manual for the step by step assembly of all crane components from mast to blade beam.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting Instructions Manual for preventive maintenance and possible fault finding and fault remedy.
• Generic Safety Manual for the erection of the Wind Turbine, transport and site assembly of the climbing crane, as well as instructions for safe lifting operations of the crane.
• Completion of the Crane Operating Manual regarding lifting operations.

The LCC 140 is an excellent example for innovative Dutch engineering. Versatec is proud to assist Lagerwey with the completion of this challenging project.
